Hi! I’m Sohaib, a 25-year-old international student from India. I’m currently studying at PIHMS in New Plymouth.

I’m a clean, tidy, respectful, and responsible person who values a peaceful living environment. I don’t smoke, don’t drink, and I always keep shared spaces clean. I enjoy cooking (I’m a trained chef), going to the gym, and focusing on my studies.

I’m looking for a furnished room in a friendly and respectful home. I pay rent on time, respect house rules, and appreciate open communication with flatmates. I’m hoping to find a place where everyone is considerate and maintains a clean, comfortable atmosphere.
