Hi, Eimi here! :) I’m looking for a flat near Wellington CBD. Preferably walking distance within 30 minutes.

Little bit about myself… I’m on working holiday (until March 2027) originally from Japan. I’m fluent in English so communication won’t be an issue. I’m a friendly, respectful, and considerate person who enjoys keeping my living space clean and tidy. I also value having some quiet personal time to relax and recharge, and I always respect the privacy and personal space of the people I live with. I’m easy to get along with, responsible, and looking for a comfortable, peaceful place to call home.

⚫︎Budget: up to 230/week (all utilities included - electricity, water (hot and cold), wifi, kitchen goods, furnished bedroom, and heater) ⚫︎Preference: privacy lock in room and bathrooms, mostly females roommates with similar age.
