Hi! I’m Arun Kumar Sampangi from India, and I’ll be moving to Auckland in July to study Master of Engineering Project Management at AUT City Campus. I’m looking for a clean, furnished single room near AUT City Campus, preferably in Mount Eden or Massey, with a budget of NZD 180–250 per week, including bills and utilities. I’m a non-smoker, clean, quiet, and respectful person. I like to keep shared spaces tidy and am easy to live with. I’m looking for a peaceful home with friendly flatmates and plan to stay long-term while I complete my studies.
