Single male remote working in IT sector(~2hrs per working day) looking for a temporary home in CHCH for 1-3 months from early July 2026. I’m respectful of shared spaces and generally keep to myself when I need to focus on work. I’m after a furnished room with my own bathroom or shared with no more than one person. Prefer to keep things low-key with no more than two other flatmates. Loves working out and nature, quiet most of the time, no party no drinking/smoking/vaping/ no pets.
