I’d be great to live with because I’m quiet, respectful, independent, and considerate of shared spaces. I enjoy my own space and am usually only home to sleep or when I’m working from home, but I’m also friendly and happy to be sociable when the situation calls for it.

I work from home part-time on a set schedule, either from 11am to 5pm or 5pm to 11pm. The work is supervisory, so even when I’m speaking, it’s very unlikely that I’ll be audible or disruptive. I also have a set schedule when I’m teaching, so my routine is generally stable and predictable.

I’m respectful of shared areas, clean up after myself, and am happy to follow any house rules around cleaning, noise, guests, and shared supplies. I pay bills on time, don’t party, and wouldn’t bring people over without giving notice.

I prefer open, respectful communication and sorting things out early rather than letting issues build up. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, yoga, and surfing. I’m also happy to provide references if needed.
