Hi! My name is Eric and l come from China. I’m a first-year Civil Engineering student at the University of Canterbury and have recently moved to Christchurch. I’m friendly, respectful, and easy-going, with a regular daily routine. I like to keep shared spaces clean and tidy and always respect other people’s privacy. I don’t smoke or have any pets, and I don’t have any unusual habits. I’m not a party person and prefer a quiet, comfortable home environment. I’m looking forward to meeting new people and being a considerate flatmate!
