I’m a clean, fun, and respectful person who just moved to Tauranga from the US to start my full-time job in the CBD. I cook, clean, and enjoy being out and about. Happy to socialize but also enjoy my privacy and will respect yours. Looking for a long term rental with a good kitchen and a nice deck/balcony. Preferably just one or two easy-going roommates who are 30+. I love dogs and cats, but don’t have any myself. Actively checking out houses and looking to move in around mid-September.
