I’m a clean, fun, and respectful person moving to Tauranga from the US in mid August to start my job. I cook, clean, and enjoy being out and about. Happy to socialize but also enjoy my privacy and will respect yours. Looking for a long term rental with a good kitchen and a nice deck/balcony. Preferably just one or two easy-going roommates who are 30+. I love dogs and cats, but don’t have any myself. Will be available to check out houses in mid August.
