Description

We’re a flat of physiotherapy students from the University of Otago, all heading into our final clinical year, so we’re pretty academically focused and keep things quiet at home. None of us smoke or do drugs, and while we’re fine with alcohol being around, we’re generally low‑key and study‑oriented.

We’re tidy, organised, friendly, and respectful of shared spaces. We don’t have pets, and we’re all close friends who get along really well. We’re hoping for a cosy, comfortable place to call home in a safe area while we finish our degree.
