I’m looking for a fully furnished room within walking distance of Wintec City Campus in Hamilton.

📅 Move-in date: From 27 July 2026 💰 Budget: 300 per week, preferably including Wi-Fi, electricity, water, and other utilities.

I’m an international student and I will be studying at Wintec. I don’t smoke or drink. I’m clean, tidy and take pride in keeping my living space well maintained. I’m respectful, responsible, friendly and easy to live with. I appreciate a quiet, clean and welcoming home environment. I always pay my rent on time and will take good care of the property. I’m hoping to find a place in Hamilton East or another area that’s within a comfortable walking distance of campus.
