Hey, I am a student moving up from Dunedin. I am having my placement year in Christchurch as a 4th year physio student in the coming year. I dont smoke and I dont drink usually. Maybe once a month in special occasion. Looking for a flat that is furnished and best with bills included. My budget is around $250 per week potentially $260. I am willing to team up and find a flat together, if so Iād like to flat in a not more than 5 bedrooms flat.
