My name is Hansini, and I am from Sri Lanka. I am planning to move to New Zealand on 22 July 2026 to begin my fully funded Master’s degree at Yoobee Colleges. I have already transferred my one year’s living expenses to my ANZ bank account in New Zealand.

My husband will join me about one month later on a dependent visa, which allows him to work full-time. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from London Metropolitan University, and my husband has been working as a Manager at a well-known insurance company in Sri Lanka.

We really like your property and would like to know if it is still available for rent.

My sister lives on Brookside Road, so we are especially interested in finding accommodation nearby.
