Bianca Martins Macena & Andressa Licena

Hi! We’re Andressa and Bianca, a Brazilian couple in our late twenties moving to Christchurch. Andressa has a signed job as a painter here and we’re finalising our work visas, so we’re coming to settle in New Zealand for the long run.

We lived in Australia for several years before this, so we’re used to flatting and we know how to share a house well. We’re clean, tidy and quiet. We keep mostly to ourselves, we don’t have people over, and we’re respectful of shared spaces, but we’re friendly and easy to talk to.

We’re looking for a furnished room with our own bathroom, in a small household, ideally sharing with just one person or one couple. Pets in the house are no problem for us. We’d be renting while we get settled and find a longer-term place of our own, so initially we’re thinking of a couple of months, with the option to extend if it’s working well for everyone.

Our arrival date isn’t confirmed yet as we’re waiting on the visa decision, but it should be sometime in August. Happy to do a video call so you can meet us properly.
