Urgently seeking a semi furnished room with ensuite or selfcontained unit/sleepout, but fine with just a room. Im abit of an introvert and keep to myself, so you wouldnt see or hear from me much, I take pride in my surroundings and like to live in a clean tidy environment. Im very respectful of other people’s space and belongings. Im reliable with rent, honest and easy to communicate with. Non smoker, non drinker. I love cleaning so dont mind housework or gardening, currently on a benefit but rent would be redirected straight to you so there would never be an issue with paying 🙂
