Hi! I’m a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Otago and I’m looking for a comfortable, quiet and clean place to live in Dunedin.

I really enjoy fresh air, so good ventilation is especially important to me. I would prefer a home where windows can be opened easily and where the kitchen, bathroom and other shared spaces are well ventilated.

I’m a tidy and respectful person, and I would ideally like to live with a homeowner or flatmate who also cares about keeping the house clean. I’m very happy to share responsibility for maintaining common areas, including the kitchen, fridge, bathroom and laundry area, rather than expecting the owner to do everything.

I’m considerate about noise and shared spaces, and I value a calm and comfortable home environment. I work as a researcher at the University, so I’m looking for somewhere suitable for long-term living rather than a party flat.

I’m also happy to communicate openly about household routines and cleaning so that everyone feels comfortable living together.

Ideally, I’m looking for a clean, well-ventilated home with a friendly and respectful atmosphere, preferably with only a small number of people living in the house. And please contact me with messages.
