Hi there, I’m Nishant. I originally came to New Zealand 11 years ago, I am a Permanent Resident, and I work full-time as a customer service professional. Because I typically work afternoon and evening shifts, my routine is pretty set and keeps me out of the house during standard dinner hours.

​If you’re wondering what I’m like to live with, the best way to describe me is quiet, easygoing, and independent. I’m definitely not a big social party guy. I value a peaceful, drama-free home where everyone can just relax. I’m very mindful of keeping my own space and the shared communal areas clean and tidy.

​You will never have to worry about reliability with me. I actually lived with my previous landlord for 10 straight years until they recently moved to Australia. Because of that long-term stay, I have a great track record and can easily provide strong references.

​When I’m not at work, I like to keep my downtime low-key. I usually spend my time hitting the gym, grabbing a coffee at local cafes, or just winding down with a good movie or some music.
