Hi, I’m Silas, 24 years old and from Germany. I’m currently in New Zealand on a Working Holiday Visa and working full-time at The Warehouse Distribution Centre in Rolleston.

I’m looking for a private furnished room from around 16 August until approximately the end of November. I can view rooms in person on Saturday, 8 August, or Sunday, 9 August. My move-in date can be slightly flexible.

I’m tidy, quiet, reliable, respectful and a non-smoker. I respect other people’s privacy and always keep shared areas clean.

As I don’t have a car, I’m ideally looking for a room within walking or cycling distance of 12 Izone Drive. My budget is up to $225 per week, preferably including bills. An ensuite or private bathroom would be a bonus.
