Description

We are a group of three University of Canterbury students looking for a long-term rental. We are responsible, respectful, and quiet tenants who value a clean and peaceful living environment.

Our requirements are:

  • 3 bedrooms
  • 2 separate toilets/bathrooms
  • Fully furnished
  • Budget: NZD $500–$550 per week

Currently, only the three of us (students) will be living in the property. In the future, the husbands and children of the two female tenants will join us, so we are looking for a home that is suitable for a family in the long term.

We are reliable tenants who will take good care of the property, maintain it well, and pay rent on time. If you have a suitable property available, we would be happy to hear from you.
