I’m a PhD student and working part‑time, and I’m pretty chill, clean, and easy to get along with. I’m usually at Uni most days, so I’m out of the house a lot. I always pay rent on time, keep shared spaces tidy, and I’m respectful of everyone’s routines. I’ve lived in shared places before, so I know how to keep things running smoothly. I cook simple breakfasts or dinners occasionally, but I usually eat out most days, and I always clean up straight after using the kitchen. Ideally, I’m looking for a room with an ensuite, and I’m totally fine with it being either furnished or unfurnished. I’d prefer somewhere close to the city or with easy access to public transport.
