My name is jeong and I’m from South Korea.

My 4-year-old son and I are looking for a fully furnished home in Auckland’s North Shore for about one month.

We plan to arrive in Australia on 8 August and then travel to New Zealand. Our move-in date is flexible if needed.

My son will be attending a kindergarten near Albany, so we are looking for accommodation within approximately a 15-minute drive of Albany.

We are looking for:

• Fully furnished accommodation
• Private entrance
• A safe and quiet neighbourhood
• Clean hardwood or laminate flooring (preferred over carpet)
• At least one bedroom
• Sofa
• Dining table and chairs
• Washing machine
• Basic kitchen facilities
• Parking (preferred, as we will have a rental car)

We are quiet, tidy, respectful, and we will take excellent care of your home.

I understand that many properties are intended for long-term tenants. Since our trip is coming up very soon, I was wondering if it would be possible for us to stay for one month initially while you continue looking for a suitable long-term tenant.

If we enjoy living there and it works well for both of us, we would certainly be interested in extending our stay. Of course, we completely understand if you find a long-term tenant during that time. We would also be happy to cooperate with property viewings if required.
