Hi, I’m Timo, 26 years old, originally from Germany. I’m currently living in New Zealand and looking for a friendly, respectful place to call home.

I work in the HVAC/plumbing industry and have previous experience living with flatmates. I’m an easy-going, tidy, and responsible person who values a peaceful and positive home environment. I understand the importance of being considerate, communicating well, and doing my part to keep the place clean and enjoyable for everyone.

Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, camping, surfing, good coffee, staying fit, exploring new places, and trying new hobbies. I enjoy meeting people from different backgrounds and being part of a welcoming community, while also respecting everyone’s privacy and space.

I’m looking for a clean and comfortable flat where everyone can feel at home. I’m reliable with rent and happy to contribute to a great living environment.
