I’m a 28-year-old professional relocating to Christchurch for work. I’ll still be working for my current employer, overseeing both our Christchurch and Rotorua sites, so I’ll be travelling between the two regularly.

I’m very active and love running and the gym. During the week my routine is pretty straightforward: up early for a run or gym session, work, another workout after work, then an early night. I’m very outgoing and enjoy meeting new people, but I’m also someone who likes their own space and keeps to themselves most of the time.

I enjoy being social and having the occasional drink, but it’s pretty rare. I’m respectful, clean, and easy to live with, and I appreciate a tidy, relaxed home environment.

A couple of perks of living with me are that there are free hot tubs and saunas from time to time, which is awesome in the cold! Plus I’m away travelling for work fairly regularly, so you’ll often have the place a bit quieter.

Ideally, I’d love a place with my own bathroom and, if possible, a separate entrance, but neither is a dealbreaker. More than anything, I’m looking to live with like-minded people who are on a similar path in life—working professionals who are respectful, motivated, and enjoy a good balance of socializing and their own space.
