I’m a full-time professional working in Takapuna and am looking for a quiet, comfortable place to stay on a recurring week-on/week-off basis due to a family arrangement. I’ll only be staying every second week, so I’m a low-impact occupant. I’m clean, tidy, respectful of shared spaces, and don’t smoke or host parties. Most of my time will be spent at work during the day, and I enjoy a quiet environment when I’m home. I’m looking for a longer-term arrangement with a reliable schedule and will always pay rent on time. I’m happy to discuss how the fortnightly arrangement would work if it suits you.
