We are a quiet, friendly, and reliable small family of three moving to Auckland and looking for a long-term room, studio, or self-contained unit to call home.

About Us:

My Wife: Incoming international student (studying full-time).

Myself: Working full-time on an open work permit.

Our Son: A well-behaved child who is easygoing and respectful of shared living spaces.

We are non-smokers, neat, and take great pride in keeping our living environment clean and tidy. During the week, our focus will be on work and study, so we maintain a peaceful routine. In our free time, we enjoy family walks, cooking good food, and relaxing.

What We Are Looking For:

Location: Mt Albert or surrounding areas (Avondale, New Lynn, Mt Roskill, Waterview).

Room Type: A spacious Master Bedroom with Ensuite, a self-contained Studio, or a Granny Flat/Unit.

Budget: Up to $400 NZD per week (inclusive of bills/utilities preferred, but flexible).

Move-in Date: [Insert your target move-in date, e.g., Early September].
