hi, I’m soon going to move in Tauranga from Auckland because of my work and I’m searching for a room near Judea, Waihi road. I don’t have a car so i want to live somewhere in walking distance to my workplace. I’m a full time worker. my budget is around 200$ including all bills and 300$ if own bathroom and toilet. I prefer quiet environment. I’m fine with smokers in the house. I’m super cat lover so, pet friendly. also, I prefer clean people.
