hi, i just moved to Tauranga from Auckland and I’m searching for a room in Judea for long term. I don’t have a car so i want to live somewhere in walking distance to my workplace(waihi road). I’m a full time worker. my budget is around 200$ including all bills and around 290$ if private bathroom and toilet. I prefer quiet environment. I’m a super cat lover so, pet friendly. also, I prefer clean people.
