I’m a working professional moving to Tauranga for work. I’m clean, tidy, respectful and easy-going, and I’m looking for a quiet and comfortable place to call home.

I’m not a party person and I’m respectful of other people’s space and privacy, but I’m also friendly and always happy to have a chat. I keep shared areas clean, pay rent and bills on time, and generally like a relaxed and peaceful home environment.

I’ll be working full-time during the week, so I’m mainly looking for a nice place to come home and unwind after work. I’m easy to get along with and would be respectful of the home and the people I’m living with.
