Hi, my name is Paulo. I’m a 45-year-old professional working as a Production Coordinator for a plastics manufacturing company.

I work Monday to Friday, usually from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, so I tend to have an early routine. I normally go to bed around 8:00–8:30 pm and wake up early, around 5:00 am, especially on the days I go to the gym. I usually train about three times a week before heading to work.

I’m a clean, tidy, respectful and easy-going person. I like keeping my living space clean and organised, and I’m considerate of the people I live with.

I’m looking for a comfortable and peaceful place to call home and would be happy to meet and have a chat.
