I’m a clean, tidy and respectful person who takes pride in keeping my living space well looked after. I’m reliable with rent and always make sure it is paid on time. I’m a non-smoker, drug-free and alcohol-free, and I don’t have any children.

I’m also quite a quiet and relaxed person. I’m definitely more of a homebody than a party person, my ideal night in is getting comfortable on the couch with some snacks and settling in to watch a good TV series rather than going out partying. I value having a peaceful, comfortable and respectful home environment.

I’m considerate of the people I live with, respectful of the property, and I believe in communicating openly and being an easygoing, responsible person to live with.
