Hey everyone,

I’m a 35-year-old man currently in the process of separating from my wife, and I’m looking for a room to rent or board as soon as possible.

I’m employed full-time as a security guard. I work long hours and, because of my work schedule and other commitments, I won’t actually be home very much. When I am home, I’m quiet, respectful, tidy, and generally keep to myself.

A little about me:

• I don’t drink, smoke, or use drugs.
• I’m great with animals, although I don’t currently have any pets of my own.
• I have good references available, including rental, boarding, and character references.
• I can afford up to $250 per week, potentially more depending on what is included (power, internet, food, etc.).

I’m actively looking and applying for places already, but unfortunately it can be a slow process. I really need somewhere safe and stable as soon as possible while we work through things and I get back on my feet.
