I’m an overseas medical graduate currently studying in New Zealand to qualify to practise medicine here. My husband works full-time, and we are looking for a studio or small one-bedroom place to rent.

We are both quiet, clean, respectful and responsible tenants. We are mostly busy with work and study and live a simple lifestyle. We don’t smoke, and we take good care of the place we live in.

We are ideally looking for a long-term rental and would prefer a quiet and comfortable place.

We’re happy to provide references and any other information required.
