Hi, I’m Szanthiah, currently based in Adelaide, Australia.

I’m a mature, single lady planning to move to Auckland and am looking for a fully furnished room from around 1–13 October 2026. As I’m new to Auckland, being close to amenities and reliable public transport is important to me. I’m mainly looking in Central Auckland and nearby suburbs, as well as convenient areas of the North Shore and East Auckland, including Northcote, Birkenhead, Takapuna, Remuera, Meadowbank, Ellerslie and Greenlane. I’m also open to other areas if they have convenient and direct public transport connections to the city or major employment areas.

I’ll initially be coming to New Zealand on a 3-month visitor visa while I look for employment. If I secure a job, I’d be interested in staying longer term and finding a suitable rental.

I’m clean, neat, respectful and easy-going, and I enjoy a peaceful and quiet home. I value privacy, personal space and a friendly, considerate household. In my spare time, I enjoy nature walks, reading and listening to music.

Ideally, I’m looking for a comfortable, fully furnished room with convenient access to public transport and amenities. I’d prefer bills to be included, or a reasonable contribution covering internet, water and electricity/gas.
