Hi, my name is Shaun, and I am urgently looking for suitable accommodation in Matamata.

I am a responsible, respectful and reliable person who is looking to find a stable place to call home. It is very important to me to find somewhere that will allow my children to stay with me every second weekend, as maintaining a close relationship with them is my biggest priority.

I am clean, tidy and considerate of the property and the people I live around. I am looking for somewhere long-term and would treat the accommodation as if it were my own home.

I am open to a room, granny flat, unit or other suitable accommodation, and I am willing to consider different options depending on what is available.
