Hi, I’m Gene, 31 years old and originally from China. I’m currently in New Zealand on a Working Holiday Visa and looking for a room to rent.

I’m an easygoing, open-minded and respectful person. I respect other people’s privacy, lifestyles and personal space. I’m clean and tidy, and I always try to keep shared areas clean. I’m also considerate about noise, especially at night.

I enjoy meeting new people and exploring New Zealand, but I also value having my own space and a peaceful home. I’m responsible, friendly and easy to get along with, and I’d love to find a comfortable and friendly place to live.
