We are a Vietnamese female couple in our early 30s looking for a clean, quiet and comfortable place to call home.

One of us is studying at university and working part-time, while the other works full-time from home. We are both very tidy, respectful and place a high importance on cleanliness and personal space.

We are looking for:

• An ensuite room with a private bathroom
• A quiet and clean household
• No parties, pets or children
• Preferably a home where guests/friends are not regularly brought over
• A spacious shared kitchen, as we usually cook around 3–4 times a week
• Permission to have our own additional fridge for storing food

We are quiet people and really value privacy, a peaceful environment and mutual respect between everyone in the house.

Our budget is flexible for the right place and a good offer.
