Hi, we are a small, friendly and respectful family of three — myself, my wife and our young son. My wife is studying at the University of Waikato, and I am currently working in Hamilton. We are looking for a clean, quiet and comfortable place to live long-term, preferably around Hillcrest or within walking distance of the University of Waikato. We are tidy, responsible and considerate people. We don’t smoke or party, and we always take good care of the place we live in. We are also happy to share a house with another respectful family or suitable flatmates. Our budget as negotiations per week, ideally including power and internet.
