Kia ora! My name is Tiana, I’m 17 and I’m studying at EIT (Weds-Mon 9-4, Tues 10-2).

A bit about me I’m super friendly, easy to get along with, and very respectful. I’m the kind of flatmate who will say hi and have a chat, but I also really respect your space and privacy. I’m quiet, clean and I take a lot of pride in keeping my home tidy I always clean up after myself and keep shared spaces nice for everyone.

I’ve been living independently since I was 15, so I’m very responsible and on top of things. I’m never late with rent/payments, I budget well, and I have a steady weekly income of around $370 while I’m actively looking for more work. Im currently in emergency housing and hoping to find a safe, stable, long-term place before my 6 days are up. I’m just looking for a calm, friendly home where I can focus on my studies and work towards my future. I’m easygoing, drama-free, and happy to help out around the house.
