We are a friendly and respectful married couple currently living in Hamilton and looking to move to the Katikati area. I am studying a Master of Applied Information Technology at Wintec, and my wife is looking to work in the area.

We are clean, tidy, quiet and responsible. We respect other people’s privacy, always keep shared areas clean, and are easy to get along with. We are non-smokers and looking for a peaceful, comfortable home where we can stay longer term.

Ideally, we are looking for a private room with our own bathroom or ensuite, although we are happy to share the kitchen and other common areas.
