Hi! I’m Summer, a finance PhD student at Massey University in Auckland. I’m looking for a room to move into as soon as possible, ideally in Northcote or other areas near Massey University or city center, budget around $230/week.

A bit about me: I’m quiet and tidy, and those are honestly the two things I care most about in a flat. I do a lot of reading and writing for my research, so I’m usually in my room, and I like coming home to a calm space. I clean up after myself straight away, especially in the kitchen and bathroom, and I’m happy to do my share of the common areas.

I’m friendly and easy to get along with. I enjoy chatting over dinner, trying new food spots around Auckland, and gaming in my downtime, but I’m not a party person and I don’t have people over often.
