Description

We’re Rhys (PT Student and PT Employment) and Fay (Full Time UC Student) and from late January 2027 we’re looking for two individual bedrooms in a modern or near-new house, ideally close to the UC and sharing with another two or three people.

We’re both tidy, respectful and easy to live with, and we’re looking for a friendly, relaxed household rather than a party flat. We have reliable income, pay our bills on time and are considerate of shared spaces and the people we live with.

We’re both responsible and would take good care of the house, References are available.
