🌊 Room wanted in Mount Maunganui | Sept 21st(can be flexible) – Mar/Apr 2027 🏡

Hey! I’m Dean, 29 from the UK and I’m looking for my spot in the Mount for the summer ☀️

I’ve spent the last two summers living and working in beautiful Mount Maunganui as a surf instructor, and I absolutely love the place, the people and the community. I’ll be working full-time this summer. Spending my days off chasing waves around the beautiful coasts of New Zealand!

I’m looking for a room in a friendly, and respectful household from 21st September through to March/April 2027. I’m clean, tidy and take pride in looking after the place I live in. I’m always up for a group dinner, a cuppa and a chat, but I’m also respectful of everyone’s space and downtime.

I’m a big animal lover and would be very happy to help out with pets — I’m usually the person hanging out with the cats and dogs anyway! 🐶🐱

I have references from previous rented homes and house-sitting, and I’m reliable, easy-going and keen to find somewhere that feels like home for the summer.
