Kia ora, I’m Jarred

I’m 38 and based in Rotorua. I work full-time in the fitness industry as a studio manager and coach, so I have a pretty active lifestyle and enjoy keeping busy. I’m also involved in sport and enjoy rugby, training, getting outdoors and spending time with friends and family.

I’m a friendly, respectful and easy-going person who enjoys a good laugh and a chat, but I also value having a clean, comfortable and peaceful home. I’m tidy, reliable and considerate of the people I live with, and I’m more than happy to do my share around the house.

My work and training keep me fairly busy, so I’m not looking for a party house. That said, I’m definitely social and enjoy getting to know the people I live with. I’m looking for a place with good people, a relaxed atmosphere and a household where everyone respects each other’s space and privacy.

I’m financially responsible, clean and house-proud, and would treat the place as my own.

Ideally, I’m looking for a room in Rotorua with a friendly household and somewhere I can feel settled and comfortable long-term.
