Description

I am a postgraduate student at AUT and I am looking for a clean, safe and quiet place to rent on a weekly basis. I am respectful, tidy, responsible and easy to live with.

I do not smoke and I do not have any pets. I am usually out during the day because of university and practicum, so I spend quite a lot of time away from home.

I am mainly looking in Milldale or Silverdale, or nearby areas with easy bus access to Hibiscus Coast Station. I do not have a car, so being close to a reliable bus route is very important for me.

I would prefer a furnished room if possible, with internet and utilities included in the weekly rent. I am looking for a peaceful and comfortable home environment where I can focus on my studies.
