ROOM WANTED – NORTH SHORE

Hi, I am a student at AUT and I am looking for a clean, quiet and comfortable room to rent.

I am interested in areas such as Albany, Oteha, Rosedale, Unsworth Heights, Glenfield, Sunnynook, Forrest Hill, Hillcrest, Northcote, Milford, Takapuna, Mairangi Bay or nearby areas.

As I do not have a car, my main requirement is good public transport. Ideally, I would like to live within walking distance, or one direct local bus, to one of these stations:

Hibiscus Coast, Albany, Constellation, Sunnynook, Smales Farm or Akoranga.

I am in my 40s, quiet, respectful, very clean and tidy. I am a non-smoker, I do not drink, and I have no pets. I am usually out during the daytime because of university.

I would need normal kitchen access to prepare my own food occasionally, usually once or twice a week.

I would prefer a room where utilities and internet are included in the weekly rent. I am also looking for a flexible arrangement and would prefer a two-week bond, or no more than approximately one month’s bond, rather than a large long-term commitment.

I am looking for a peaceful, clean and respectful home.
