Hi there! I’m looking for a room to rent in Palmerston, Waikouaiti, or the immediate surrounding areas.

Budget: Up to $250 per week (plus utilities). Move-in Date: Ready now. My Roster: I work full-time on an 8 days on, 6 days off roster. Because of this schedule, I am out of the house working 12 hour days or away for long stretches of time. About Me: I am a non-smoker with no pets. I am exceptionally quiet, tidy, and respectful, and I always keep communal spaces clean and spotless. Preferences: A car park/off-street parking is ideal. I don’t mind whether the room comes furnished or unfurnished.

I am highly reliable with rent and looking for a relaxed, peaceful home to recharge between my shifts.
