Hello, I am currently looking for a private bedroom in a shared house and I am interested in accommodation in Te Puke, Paengaroa, Maketu, Rangiuru areas. I am looking for my own private bedroom, while being happy to share the kitchen, bathroom and other common areas.

I am a full-time worker and I am looking for a clean, quiet and respectful place to stay. My budget is around $150–180$ per week, preferably including all of the bills. If you have any rooms available now, or know of anyone who may have a room available in these areas, I would really appreciate it if you could let me know. I am also happy to provide references and arrange a viewing at a convenient time.
