Hey everyone, I’m Freja, an 18-year-old girl looking for a flat for 2027! I will be moving to Wellington in late January / February to begin my first year of study at Massey University, majoring in fashion design, and would ideally love to find an easy-going flat reasonably close to Massey or the city centre!

⭐️ What I’m Looking For ⭐️

• Max 30 min walk to CBD • Budget: around $250 (the cheaper the better!) • A decent amount of space! As a fashion student, I love to sew and therefore would love a space big enough to set up a desk to study and work on projects! • A sunny place without any mould! • People who value a mixture of alone time and the occasional flat bonding - think film night, board games, maybe even a shared dinner or two! • Ideally a flat with at least a couple of girls.

• I am a friendly, easygoing, creative, responsible, tidy person who loves to sew, cook/bake, play music, and spend time outdoors! • This is not my first time living with others, as my house often had flat mates/boarders growing up, and I spent a year living abroad with a homestay, so I know what it’s like to live in a shared space! • I love to meet new people, but also value a bit of time to do my own thing every now and again. • I plan to work part-time while studying next year.
