⚠️ Beware!

This guy said he DESPERATELY needed a room, viewed it, and confirmed he wanted it with a date of move in. We put the room on hold for 3 weeks, turning away other interested people.

Then, 1 day before move-in, he cancelled, saying there wasn’t enough furniture for him in the lounge…

Sharing this experience so others don’t have to deal with this as we lost money.
