Hi I’m Mason. I’m a self-employed, responsible and respectful professional looking for a comfortable place to call home.

I own and operate my own window-cleaning business part time, and I use my remaining time to pursue my creative projects. I also have a diploma in music. I’m clean, considerate and take pride in looking after the space I live in. I value a peaceful and positive home environment, and I’m mindful of other people’s privacy, routines and personal space. I’m reliable with rent and household responsibilities, and I believe good communication and mutual respect are important when sharing a home.

Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, fitness, music, the outdoors and creative projects. I’m fairly independent and keep myself busy, but I’m also friendly and enjoy getting along with the people I live with.

I’m not looking for a party house. I’m looking for a well-kept, relaxed home with mature, respectful people where everyone can feel comfortable and settled.

My budget is around $250 per week, and I’m looking for somewhere I can settle into long-term.
