Hi, I’m Phurpa Sherpa looking for a place in Bell Block with a budget of $200- $250per week. I am an international student from Nepal, moving to New Plymouth to study Hotel Management at PIHMS. I’m a friendly, respectful, and responsible person who takes pride in being a reliable and considerate tenant.

I’m very clean and tidy, and I always make an effort to keep shared spaces neat and comfortable. I respect other people’s privacy, belongings, and routines, and I’m mindful of keeping noise to a minimum. I’m fairly quiet and value a peaceful, comfortable, and respectful home environment.

I enjoy cooking, travelling, exploring new places, and spending time with good people. I’m happy to contribute to the household, do my share of cleaning and responsibilities, and make sure the home remains clean, quiet, and comfortable for everyone. 😊
