Hi, I’m a working person (RN)Thasni Juni and I’m looking for a clean quiet and comfortable room near Tongariro prison or near by 20 mins travelling distance with a budget of $180 per week. I am quiet, respectful, very clean and tidy. I am a non-smoker, I do not drink, and I have no pets. I am usually out during the daytime because of work I would need normal kitchen access to prepare my own food occasionally, usually once or twice a week. I would prefer a room where utilities and internet are included in the weekly rent. I am also looking for a flexible arrangement and would prefer a two-week bond, or no more than approximately one month’s bond, rather than a large long-term commitment.
