Hi there! I’m a student in Nelson looking for a furnished room in an established flat, but I am also completely open to teaming up with the right person to find a new place together. I’m a Seafarer/Mariner by profession and here for my promotional exams of Navigating Officer, i’ve been to 14+ countries, worked and lived with different nationalities as well. My routine keeps me pretty busy—between my classes at NMIT and my job at Woolworths, I am out of the house a lot. I often work long shifts and get back home around midnight, so I am incredibly mindful, quiet, and respectful of the house when coming in late!I’m very tidy, fully house-trained, and always make sure to clean up after myself in the kitchen and shared spaces. I really value a peaceful, clean, and relaxed home environment where everyone can unwind after a long day.
