I’m reaching out about your rental listing. I’d love to be considered.

I’m Keilan, and I work full-time as a support worker at YMCA Taranaki mens shelter (Te Whare O Tapatahi) here in New Plymouth. I’m settled in the area and looking for a longer-term place to call home.

I’m a tidy, quiet and respectful tenant. I work three night shifts a week and a couple of evenings, so I’m often out overnight and quiet through the day. Outside of work I keep an active routine. I go to dance classes twice a week and I enjoy a bit of social time too. I’m reliable with rent and happy to provide references showing I’ve been a good tenant, along with proof of employment.
